Our Classes

Sacred Space Yoga Centre (SSYC) offers a wide variety of classes to help you in your wellness journey.  All our classes are named after the Fruit of the Spirit.  We used the Fruit of the Spirit as our class names because we want you to walk out your yoga practice in everyday life.  You see, we believe a good yoga practice on the mat, is a good yoga practice off the mat.

We know our class names: LOVE, GENTLENESS, PEACE, PATIENCE, MEEKNESS, TEMPERANCE, FAITH, and ENDURANCE are characteristics that you encompasses daily. Throughout your day, we want you to recognize when you must use these characteristic and then apply your mat experience with your real-life experience.  Therefore, we did not choose these names lightly.
