LOVE

(Couples Class – suitable for all levels)
Traditionally, yoga is seen as an individual practice, but this class will bring couples together through movement and breath. This class is a medium for building stronger communication and intimacy between couples; it is a great way to strengthen a relationship by fostering trust and communication.

JOY

(Hatha Class/Advanced Flow – Intermediate to Advanced)
This intermediate to advanced class is a blend of Basic Hatha and Advanced Flow (between Temperance and Endurance, you will find joy). It is designed to tone and strengthen, while engaging in poses that seamlessly flow together to increase energy. This class will help you rely on your inner self, your breath and your God given JOY for your strength.

PEACE - CANDLELIGHT

(Candlelight, essential oils, and Meditation)
Suitable for all levels.  This restorative class is all about tranquility and allowing the body, mind, and spirit to be dominated by peace. It is the epitome of putting on your own oxygen mask first!

PATIENCE

(Hatha Class – Done in a Chair)
This class is designed to help us become comfortable and patient with our bodies. It is a basic hatha class done mostly in a chair. Between Gentleness and Peace, you will find Patience. The chair and various other props are used to assist everyBODY in enjoying a full yoga practice, thus make it suitable for all.

PATIENCE TOO

(Hatha Class – Done in a Chair)
This class is suitable for anyBODY that find themselves in a place of recovery. You never have to leave your chair, wheel chair, or bed side to enjoy ALL the benefits of yoga.  Before you know it, you will begin to feel more livelier than you have for some time.  

MEEKNESS

(Yin Class – Suitable for all levels)
Yin Yoga is a slow – paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time and targets the connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised during a standard practice. It requires one to surrender into the poses relying on your breath and mental and spiritual fortitude to gain the maximum health benefits.

FAITH

(Core and Back Strengthening – suitable for all levels)
In this class, an emphasis is placed on moves to strengthen the core, simultaneously working the abs and the back. This class requires a personal resolve not to wander away from the breath; being faithful to the core.

GENTLENESS

(Slow flow- excellent for beginners and seasoned individuals)
This class focuses on building strength, lengthening the body, and strengthening the core. Pose variations are offered in this flow! This is a divinely balanced class that can only successfully operate under surrender, understanding that it takes a lot of strength to be gentle.

ENDURANCE

(Intermediate Flow/Vinyasa)
This intermediate class offers one the opportunity to actively resist weariness with grace. It is an energizing practice with focus and emphasis on Son Salutations – poses that seamlessly flow together increasing energy.

TEMPERANCE

(Basic Hatha Class -Suitable for all levels)
This class is a combination of breath, movement, and balance. It is designed to tone and strengthen the muscles and improve balance. This class depicts even-temperedness, tranquility, and balance within the spirit.

HEALTHY HIPS & BACK

(Slow flow- excellent for beginners and seasoned individuals)
Yoga for healthy hips & back is targeted to students looking to restore strength and flexibility to the muscles around the hips as well as focus on strengthening and supporting the back and spine.

YOGA FOR NECK AND SHOULDERS

(Slow flow- excellent for beginners and seasoned individuals)
Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief! Take a break from all of your tasks and tend to your body. Release neck and shoulder tension that collects from daily stress and other fitness routines.
